1. Compliance with Discord

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. Any violation of Discord's rules using Sphere will result in an immediate blacklist.

2. Permitted Use & Restrictions

Sphere is provided to manage and enhance Discord servers. You agree not to:

• Abuse, spam commands, exploit vulnerabilities, or flood the bot's API systems.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute Sphere's code without permission.
• Use Sphere for fraudulent activities, distributing malicious links, or harassment.

3. Service Availability

Sphere is delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. BrainOut Labs makes no guarantees regarding uptime, data permanency, or uninterrupted operations. Features may be updated, restricted, or retired at any time.

4. Access Revocation

BrainOut Labs reserves the right to terminate or block access to Sphere for any user or server at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe these terms have been breached.

5. Limitation of Liability

BrainOut Labs is not responsible or legally liable for any damages, moderation decisions, loss of data, or server disputes arising from using Sphere.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy clearly outlines what minimal data Sphere collects, why we collect it, and how it is protected.

1. Data We Collect

Sphere only processes data necessary to respond to commands and provide functionality:

• Discord Identifiers: Guild IDs, User IDs, Role IDs, and Channel IDs to manage server configurations.
• Command Usage: Ephemeral interaction logs to ensure stability, prevent abuse, and track error diagnostics.

Note: Sphere never reads, stores, or analyzes personal chat logs or private message content.

2. Why We Need This Data

• To save custom settings (e.g., notification channels, server preferences).
• To prevent spam, abuse, and enforce bot rate limits.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

BrainOut Labs never sells, rents, or shares your personal information with any third-party advertisers or external platforms. Data is only stored within secure operational databases.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Configuration data is stored only as long as Sphere remains in your server. If Sphere is removed, configurations are marked for pruning. Users and server owners can request immediate and complete data deletion at any time by contacting BrainOut Labs support.

5. Discord App Affiliation

Sphere is developed independently by BrainOut Labs and is not directly affiliated with, endorsed by, or managed by Discord Inc.
